Nate Cross

Since 2005, Nate has been working in the logistics sector, starting with the United States military and the Army National Guard. In 2012, he joined Con-Way Freight, now XPO Logistics, as a freight operations supervisor and transitioned to Logistic Dynamics, Inc. in 2014 as a business development specialist. Nate launched "The Midnight Freight Broker" podcast in 2019, rebranded to "Freight 360" in 2020, focusing on aiding independent freight agents. That same year, he became the Vice President of Agent Development & Services at Pearce Worldwide Logistics. A die-hard Buffalo Bills fan, Nate incorporates his interest in sports into his professional content.
