Hey guys, Ben and Nate here with Freight360. Super excited to announce our first ever live stream podcast event. This Thursday at two o'clock Eastern. We're going to be joined with our guests over at DAT, Freight and Analytics. Ben, I'm pretty excited. A lot of the features that we've talked about on this show in conjunction with that in the past. We get a lot of questions, so we decided why not do it live? We'll allow folks to interact with us, ask questions, use a chat feature. It'll be streaming through YouTube and LinkedIn live. What are your thoughts? What do you think are the most important things to get you know, to put out to the folks about what to expect this week?
Speaker 2:I think this is what I'm really excited is this is going to give everyone in the audience an opportunity to interact with us in real time, to ask questions, to be able to ask us to go deeper or to be able to segue into something else in the tool that they really want to be able to see. The other thing and we've talked about this a lot over the years on the show is the fact that, like, there are so many ways to use that that aren't being utilized because folks have just been using it so long. They're used to using it in the same way and they have no idea how much more valuable information is in there whether it's better paying loads for a carrier, better routes to be able to line up, or from a broker, being able to see different pricing information to be able to quote better, to be awarded more loads. There's just a lot in there that I think is going to be super helpful to both sides of the market.
Speaker 1:Yeah. So when DAT rolled out DAT 1 in the last I want to say a year two years ago, I took it upon myself at my brokerage to hold a company-wide training and show everybody in our company all the new tools. We made a bunch of tutorials and I know there's a lot of folks out there that maybe haven't gone through the educational content that DAT has put out there. So some of the things we're going to highlight specifically, we're going to look at some of the upgrades on the DAT1 platform with being able to easily see a carrier's company profile, seeing information about their inspection history, where they tend to operate their CSA scores and how they rank against their peers, the market conditions and what does it mean if it's red versus blue and different shades of it. When we look at that load to truck ratio, how does that change throughout the year? How does it help you make better decisions when quoting customers, as well as understanding why carriers are asking for what they're asking for?
Speaker 1:And, lastly, some of the newer tools like Benchmark that can allow you to see how you stack up against your peers and your competitors across the brokerage space as far as profitability goes. So a lot of really cool tools out there. We can't do everything all in an hour, but those are some of the main things we're going to look at and what we're really hoping to is come with questions, right, if there's something that you're curious on. We're going to have experts from DAT as well as us, who use this product every single day, and we'll do the best we can to interact with you guys, field your questions, show you on a screen, share if you're able to watch it, even if you're just able to listen to it on the podcast version, even as a recording down the road, it'll be packed full with a lot of great content and things you may not have known about.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's going to be a great one, so make sure you mark your calendars for this Thursday. I believe it's March 20th at 2 o'clock Eastern Standard Time when we go live.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it'll be my first episode back in like over a month, so really excited. All right, so we'll see you guys there again, thursday, 2 o'clock Eastern. You'll be getting emails from us. We'll be reminding you throughout the week. You'll be getting emails from us. We'll be reminding you throughout the week. Make sure to hop into one of those live streams and if you don't have a chance to do it because it's not during your lunch break or whatnot, no-transcript.
